Like the idea of having someone to coach you through exercises, but find the idea of going to a gym a bit daunting? In addition to online coaching, I also offer Zoom personal training sessions and if you are local to Southampton, I am also a mobile personal trainer too! 

Don't worry, you don't need any specialist equipment, just enough space to move about and I will do the rest. 


Prices differ depending on location and how many sessions are bought in one go, but start from as low as £37.50 per hour and include a personalised exercise programme for when I am not with you.
